Refund Policy

At Darkshot.gg, we are committed to customer satisfaction and stand firmly behind the quality of our products. Our refund policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our customers. Please read the following terms carefully:

1. Refund Request Period: You have 24 hours from the time of your purchase to request a refund. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Product Claim Status: Refunds are available only for customers who have not claimed the product. Once a product is claimed, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
3. Processing Timeframe: Refund requests are processed within 3-7 business days. Note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
4. Initial Purchase Only: Our refund policy applies only to your initial purchase. Subsequent purchases are not eligible for refunds.
5. Abuse of Policy: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect abuse of our refund policy.
6. No Disputes: By agreeing to this policy, you acknowledge that you are the cardholder or have permission from the cardholder to make the purchase, and you waive the right to dispute the transaction.
7. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must have attempted to claim the ordered products.
8. How to Request a Refund: Contact us at support@darkshot.gg and include your order details and the reason for the refund request.
9. Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been claimed are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Orders unclaimed by the end of the payment authorisation window will be voided, refunded and cancelled.

Any order flagged as high risk/fraudulent will be cancelled and refunded, and no products will be delivered. This is to protect buyer and seller.
